Pico vs. Q-switch Technology
Pico lasers use extremely short pulses to fragment tattoo ink so the body can gradually clear it. Compared with older nanosecond Q-Switch systems, pico technology can provide efficient fading while limiting unnecessary heat exposure to surrounding skin. Our cryo-skin cooling system is used to improve comfort during treatment. Results and the number of sessions required vary with ink color, density, depth, tattoo age, placement, skin response, and treatment spacing.
